How long after placing my order will it take to get my VPS?

The time it takes to setup your VPS can vary, however, the average turnaround time after purchase is 3½ hours.

What do I get from your managed services?

What operating systems can be installed?

We offer quick and easy installation of any of the following images: Ubuntu, Debian, Fedora, and CentOS. If you would like us to install a custom image for you, please contact us after purchase at supportbuymymixtape@astralservers.com

Can you help me transfer my domain?

Absolutely!

You mentioned free transfers? What's that about?

We offer free site transfer services for current customers using cPanel. If you need help transferring a site or many sites not on cPanel, we may also be able to help.

Are there hidden fees or charges?

NO! Unlike other domain registrars, we don’t offer “too good to be true” deals to lock you into a contract, and then fool you into price increases through sly fine print. Our prices are solid and excellent; with no fine print.

What do I do with my domain?

Before users can connect to your domain, you’ll need hosting services to hold the content for your users to fetch through their web browser. Otherwise, you can sell it, hold it, or even use it as a redirect to one of your other sites.

Can you guarantee uptime?

We have an uptime guarantee of 99.999% thanks to our VPS high availability public cloud architecture.

Can I host adult, warez, or illicit sites or content?

There is no limit to what you can do with your VPS, however, all content must remain within the bounds of the law. We have a strict privacy policy and won’t go poking our noses into your business. If we receive a DMCA notice or warrant from a federal institution to relinquish your data, we will be forced by law to comply. You can read our full terms of services here.

Can you help me find a plan bigger than your Hypergiant plan?

We sure can! We can work with you and help migrate you to a special dedicated server configured for your needs.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. On checkout, your credit card information is directly passed to one of our trusted payment gateways, either Stripe or PayPal, both of which are secured with TLS 1.2.  We do not store your payment information.

I'm not sure what I need. Can you help me find a plan that's right for me?

After I purchase a plan, how will I receive my login details?
